Club General Assembly 2025-26

Rotary Club of Noida Elegance held its 1st General Club Assembly with spouses on 5th July 2025 at Noidawery, Bhutani Alphathum, Noida.

The evening, hosted by President Rtn. Devesh Mohan and his team, was filled with updates, games, fellowship, and dinner, bringing members and spouses together to mark the start of the Rotary year 2025-26.

It was a perfect blend of fun and Rotary spirit, setting the tone for a year of meaningful service and camaraderie.

Teej Celebration

Rotary Noida Elegance celebrated Teej with great enthusiasm on 20th July, bringing together members to honor the cultural significance of this vibrant festival. The event featured traditional music, dance, and attire, as members enjoyed a lively celebration of togetherness. It was a joyous occasion filled with laughter, festivities, and the spirit of fellowship, marking yet another memorable moment for the club.

Janmashtami Celebration

On the morning of 16th August, Janmashtami was celebrated with great joy and devotion at Shri Ji Gosadan, Sector 94, Noida. The celebrations began with worship, followed by the sacred abhishek of Lord Krishna. Thereafter, offerings (bhog) were made and aarti was performed with devotion.

On this auspicious occasion, Asst. Governor Rtn. Vijay Malpani, Secretary Rtn. Dilip Singh, Vice President Rtn. Pankaj Jain, Rtn. Ankur Agarwal, Rtn. Anand Sharma, Rtn. P. K. Singh, Rtn. Candy Anand, Rtn. Manu Anand, Mrs. Shilpa, and President Rtn. Devesh Mohan from Rotary Club Noida Elegance joined together in prayer and celebration.

Following the rituals, members also participated in cow service (gau seva) and spent time at the cowshed.

Special thanks to Shri Vikas Agarwal, President of Shri Ji Gosadan, and Rtn. Sanjay Gupta, Treasurer, for successfully organizing this meaningful event.

Governor’s Official Club Visit

6th September 2025

Rotary Club Noida Elegance had the honour of hosting District Governor Rtn. Dr. Amita Mohindru for her official club visit. The meeting provided an opportunity to present the club’s ongoing service projects, fellowship events, and future plans for the Rotary year. Members engaged in an insightful discussion on strengthening community impact and enhancing participation across initiatives. The visit served as an encouraging validation of the club’s direction and collective efforts towards Rotary’s ideals of service and fellowship.

Installation Ceremony 2025–26

6th September 2025

Rotary Club Noida Elegance celebrated the installation of its new board for Rotary Year 2025–26, with Rtn. Devesh Mohan taking charge as President, Rtn. Dilip Kumar Singh as Secretary, and Rtn. Bhupendra Kumar as Treasurer.
The evening was graced by Chief Guests DG Dr. Amita Mohindru and Dr. Anil Mohindru, along with Special Guests Ms. Kiran Deep Sandhu, Rtn. Vijay Malpani (AG Zone 9), Rtn. Kapil Sharma (DDZ Zone 9 & 10), and Mr. Saumitra Dubey.
The event also marked the successful completion of Rtn. Gaurav Saini’s term (2024–25). The ceremony was followed by cultural performances, music, dance, and a fellowship dinner—celebrating both continuity and new beginnings.

Dandiya Night Celebration

The festive spirit of Navratri came alive as Rotary Club Noida Elegance hosted a lively Dandiya Night for members and their families. The evening was filled with vibrant music, energetic dance, and traditional attire that reflected joy and cultural pride. Beyond the celebration, it was a wonderful fellowship event that brought together members in a spirit of togetherness, laughter, and shared festivity—an evening truly resonating with the Rotary spirit of joy through unity.

Walk & Talk – A Fellowship for Wellness

Launched on 28th September 2025

Rotary Club Noida Elegance has launched a refreshing new initiative, “Walk & Talk”, conceptualized by President Rtn. Devesh Mohan. The weekly morning walk series encourages members to connect, unwind, and explore Noida’s scenic parks—currently at the Biodiversity Park.
Blending fitness with fellowship, this ongoing activity promotes health, conversation, and camaraderie among members while strengthening the spirit of togetherness beyond formal meetings.

Diwali Party

12th October

The Rotary Club Noida Elegance lit up the festive season with a joyful Diwali Celebration Night at PK Boutique Hotel, Sector-144, Noida,  bringing together members, families, and friends for an evening filled with laughter, music, dance, and togetherness.

The event embodied the true spirit of fellowship, strengthening bonds among Rotarians while celebrating the festival of lights with warmth and enthusiasm.

Delicious food, vibrant decorations, and fun-filled performances made the evening truly memorable, reminding everyone that Rotary is not only about service but also about shared joy and community spirit.
