Club General Assembly 2024-25

On 14th July 2024, we held the first Club General Assembly at Club 26, Noida. The event introduced the 2024-25 Board Members and outlined the year’s service projects and fellowship activities. The meeting began promptly at 6 PM and was kept concise to respect the next day's work schedule. It was a productive and engaging evening for all members.

Teej Celebration

Rotary Noida Elegance celebrated Teej with great enthusiasm on 7th August, bringing together members to honor the cultural significance of this vibrant festival. The event featured traditional music, dance, and attire, as members enjoyed a lively celebration of togetherness. It was a joyous occasion filled with laughter, festivities, and the spirit of fellowship, marking yet another memorable moment for the club.

Installation Ceremony

The Installation Ceremony of Rotary Club Noida Elegance for the year 2024-25 was held on 7th September 2024 with great pride and enthusiasm. On this occasion, Rtn. Gaurav Saini was formally inaugurated as the Club President for 2024-25, alongside Rtn. Pankaj Jain as Club Secretary and Rtn. CA Dilip Kumar Singh as Club Treasurer. The ceremony was conducted by the Immediate Past President Rtn. Vijay Malpani and Charter President Rtn. Salil Gupta, who together carried out the formal handover of responsibilities and the symbolic passing of leadership. The event marked the beginning of a new chapter for the club, filled with renewed commitment to service, fellowship, and impactful community initiatives. 

Diwali Celebration

Rotary Noida Elegance illuminated the festive spirit by celebrating Diwali on 25th October 2024 with grandeur and joy. Members came together in vibrant traditional attire, exchanging greetings and sweets as the venue glowed with lamps and decorations. The evening was filled with cultural performances, laughter, and the warmth of fellowship, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness. The celebration not only strengthened bonds among members but also reflected the club’s spirit of togetherness and positivity during this auspicious festival. 

Holi Celebration

Rotary Noida Elegance embraced the festival of colors with unbridled enthusiasm on 9th March 2025. Members gathered to celebrate Holi in its true spirit—immersed in colors, music, and joy. Traditional delicacies, spirited conversations, and a playful atmosphere marked the occasion, bringing alive the essence of unity and happiness. The celebration was a vivid reminder of fellowship, harmony, and the colorful diversity that defines the club. 

Thanksgiving Party

On 28th June 2025, Rotary Club Noida Elegance came together for a heartfelt Thanksgiving Ceremony to mark the conclusion of another inspiring Rotary year. As the calendar turns over, the club reflected on a journey filled with service, fellowship, and impact.

With 20 meaningful projects, 9 memorable socials, 1 General Assembly, and 11 Governance meetings, the year 2024-25 was one of purpose and togetherness — and yet, it leaves us wishing there could have been even more!

Led by President Rtn. Gaurav Saini and his dedicated team, the year was a testament to the club’s spirit of collaboration, resilience, and innovation. The Thanksgiving Ceremony was not just a farewell, but a celebration of everything accomplished, and a passing of the torch for the next chapter of service.
